About
White Point Garden is a historic 5.7-acre public park at the southern tip of the Charleston peninsula, offering sweeping views of Charleston Harbor and Fort Sumter. Shaded by live oak trees with oyster shell paths, it features a central gazebo, historic monuments, statues, and Civil War cannons. Originally known as Oyster Point, the park was formally laid out in 1837 and sits at the terminus of the iconic Battery seawall.
