Folly Beach County Park sits on the west end of Folly Island between the Atlantic Ocean and the Folly River, offering over 2,500 feet of ocean frontage. The park features boardwalk and accessible ramp beach access, seasonal lifeguards, and rentals for beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards. Skimmer Flats, a major Eastern Brown Pelican rookery, is visible at the west end of the park.
